Please note that skins are only accessible in New Game Plus or Challenge Maps under the Story option.
If you have purchased or unlocked skins for Single Player, you can access the Batsuit Chamber in the Batcave to see what skins you have, but you will not be able to use them in the main story until you have finished the game.
