Players may receive promotional codes for bonus rewards in DC Worlds Collide. If you receive a code and wish to redeem it, please follow the steps below:
- Launch DC Worlds Collide.
- Note: If you're launching the game for the first time, there will be some introductory cutscenes and tutorials you are invited to complete before you can proceed. Once these are completed or closed, you'll find yourself in the main menu.
- In the main menu, you'll see your profile icon located in the top left corner of the screen. Tap on this icon.
- In the Profile window that appears, select the [Code Redemption] tab.
- Under this tab, tap the [Enter Code] text area and enter the code you were provided.
- If your code redemption is successful, you'll see a UI indicator to expect the rewards delivered to your mailbox. If you haven't yet viewed the mailbox, select the button on the bottom left corner of your screen, then select the envelope icon. You can claim individual rewards from each message, or utilize the [Claim All] button to claim all available rewards in your mailbox.
Please note that if you receive errors when attempting to redeem a code that it's possible for these codes to expire.
