    I sent an email 2 weeks ago and still haven’t had a response.

    Support has now kindly responded and their response was as I feared; they can’t restore a profile that isn’t backed up to the cloud with a Game Center account. So be warned - play with a non Game Center profile at your peril! So much money and time lost. SMH!

    Is there any chance to get back profile if i playd on moblie and didn't log in to any account just had it on my phone? i just know my profile name.
