    We knew you were aware of it. People have been complaining about it on Twitter and Facebook since the update, in addition to the customer service tickets that have been created (but no doubt unanswered). Yet it took more than a week just to get an acknowledgment of the problems.

    You used up the "patience" card a long time ago.

    on iPhone 6 the game does not start, almost all complain that does not start on iPhone 6

    Just FCK you. 50% of ppl already left. We can't load any FCKEN BATTEL.

    We know we screwed up, and we've had two weeks. Buy hey, you guys know how we work. Don't expect any fixes any time soon. 

    However, we have some new bugs planned that we know you will hate.

    In my iOS account the stupid game keeps crashing in every battle. When I switched my iOS account it started to work, but it crashes from time to time. I haven’t deleted my old account but the stupid bug doesn’t let me use it, so I basically lost all my progress.

    Thanks WB for the useless support, I’ll keep playing.

    Isn't it about time we got some updated information?

    The whole "we are looking into it" is open-ended, and about as reassuring as "we will pass it on to the game team".

    Your customers continue to suffer and you hide in the shadows, or post inane wallpapers on Twitter.

    The continued silence speaks volumes about the  utter contempt you have for your own customers.
