Customer support, and I use that term loosely, appears to have disappeared. You go through the proper steps to open a ticket, either through the website or the game, and you get an automated response stating that support has received your message and will contact you.
So you wait, a few days, a week or more, and update your ticket, or remind them about it, and you receive another automated response, with a new ticket number.
So, support closed the original ticket, without informing the customer. If you update the new ticket, guess what? That too has been closed immediately.
By the way, if you open a new ticket, specifically asking about auto-closed tickets you will receive an automated response, just before this ticket is also closed, without informing the customer of this fact.
If they no longer support the customers perhaps it is time for a name change.
