Here is an idea, why don't you try and communicate with your customers? I'm sure someone, somewhere out there has heard of communication. In case you haven't it is "the imparting or exchanging of information or news". You obviously don't understand that communication is a two-way street. It works best when both sides contribute.
There was a message in the game not so long ago inviting us to join the communities and make our voices heard. But are they heard? Since so many people have to report the same issues for months on end it would seem that the answer is no.
We are invited here,Twitter and Facebook and yet so many voices seem to go unheard. Facebook is really a joke. They post videos and then run away before anyone responds,and as comment after comment is made there is nothing but silence in return. Twitter is the same. They post videos and wallpapers and then and hide in the bushes, fearful of interaction with customers.
As for here, there may not be videos or wallpapers, but there is also no interaction with your customers.
That does not seem like communication.
So why are you so afraid of communication?
