- Login or Save
- For issues pertaining to Google Play, Game Center, lost saves, or suspensions

- For issues pertaining to gameplay mechanics, content progression, or missing characters and items

How do I find my Diagnostics screen when I am submitting a ticket through the WB Games Support website?
When submitting a ticket through the “Ask for Help” link, please be sure to include your Diagnositcs screen so that we are able to locate your account. You can find yours in-game by tapping on “Settings” > “Diagnostics”.
How do I report a purchase issue?
You can report a purchase issue by visiting support.wbgames.com, clicking “Ask for Help”, and selecting “Purchase or Currency” as your question type. Be sure to include your Diagnostics screen (reference above) and receipts that you have received from Google Play or iTunes. If you have screenshots of your receipts to attach, you can include it with your report using the “Add File” button at the bottom of the form. How can I troubleshoot common crashing and connection Issues?
- Ensure that you have the latest update for your Android OS / iOS
- Make sure you have downloaded the game from the official Google Play / iTunes App Store and that you have the latest client installed
- Ensure that you have at least 2 GBs of free storage space and that the game is installed on your primary storage
- Close all other background apps
- Make sure your device is connected to a secure WiFi hub
- Try power cycling your router by unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
How do I backup my Injustice 2 Mobile game save?
You can back-up your game save to the cloud if you are playing using either iOS Game Center or Android Google Play.
You can view the Settings menu in-game to confirm that you are logged into Game Center or Google Play. If you are logged in, you will see an “Unlink Game Center” or “Unlink Google Play” button at the bottom of this menu.
If you log into another device with the same Game Center or Google Play account, you will be able to retrieve your save. When you start the game on that device, it will automatically recognize your Game Center or Google Play account and will retrieve your save.
How do I link Injustice 2 Console and Mobile?
You can link Injustice 2 on your console and Injustice 2 Mobile to earn exclusive rewards in both games.
To link your accounts
- From Injustice 2 Console go to Main Menu > Extras > Link to Injustice 2 Mobile
- This will provide you with a 6 digit code.
- On Injustice 2 Mobile go to Settings > Console Link
- Enter the 6 Digit Code and select Link
- This will complete the link between your devices
Note that you if you receive an error after inputting your code and pressing Link on your mobile device, your accounts should still be linked.

Common Gameplay Questions
How can I equip and upgrade gear?
You can click select a piece of gear on the Hero page and then drag it into the appropriate slot or click Details to see what effects the Gear has. A piece of Gear carries a Base Effect, as well as Chance Effects.
You can also Shatter a piece of Gear that is not equipped by viewing the details page for the Gear piece. Shattering Gear allows you to break a piece of gear into crafting materials. You can then visit the Details page for other Gear you own to use the crafting materials and upgrade your piece of Gear to a more powerful level!

How do I collect and upgrade Heroes?
You can unlock new Heroes by collecting them or collecting Hero Shards in-game. Shards are pieces of a specific Hero, and collecting enough of them will you to unlock that Hero or upgrade the Hero if you already own it. You can see how many Shards it will take to unlock a specific Hero by viewing them in your Roster. Note that Heroes with a higher Star Rating will take more Shards to unlock.

What are Objectives & Achievements?
Daily Objectives are specific tasks that can be completed each day for bonus rewards. You can access your Daily Objectives by pressing “Objectives” on the main menu.
Daily Objectives reset each day and you can see the current time remaining before the next reset by looking at the “Reset” display at the top of your Objectives list.
Achievements are special one-time rewards you get for accomplishing certain goals in the game. These do not reset, but will give you valuable rewards as you progress through the game. In many cases after you claim a reward for an achievement, you will see a new goal appear in place of it for even greater rewards!

What are Operations?
Operations are missions that you can assign Heroes to complete automatically over time. Successfully completing an Operation will earn you rewards and will also grant XP to the Hero assigned to the task, so it’s a great way to level up Heroes that you aren’t currently using.
Individual Operations have set durations. These Operations will complete in real-time even if you are not playing the game, however you may spend Gems to complete an Operation early. You may only have 3 Operations running at any given time.
