My game is crashing on my PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X|S

If Batman: Arkham Origins is crashing on your game console, it often indicates a problem with your game installation data. To resolve the issue, follow the steps below for your console.

PlayStation 3

1. In the Cross Media Bar (XMB) on your PlayStation 3 console, select the 'Game Data Utility' under the 'Game' category
2. Highlight the title where you've encountered the crashing
3. Press the Triangle Button
4. Select Delete and Confirm
5. After confirming the deletion and allowing the process to complete, reinsert the game disc to reinstall the game (if a physical copy of the game) or visit your Download List in the PlayStation Store and select the game to download it again (if a digital copy of the game).

You may need to repeat the above steps if there are multiple listings of your game under the 'Game Data Utility'.

Important Note: Your save data is in a separate location under the 'Save Data Utility', so it will not be lost from the steps taken above. Ensure that you do not delete this data.

Xbox 360

Clear Cache

1. Press the Guide button (Xbox logo) on your Xbox 360 Controller, choose Settings, and select System Settings
2. Choose Storage and highlight any storage device displayed.
3. In the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache and choose Yes at confirmation prompt that appears.
4. Clearing the Cache will remove any previously installed game updates. These updates will download automatically when you next try to launch the game.

Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
2. From that menu, select "My Games and Apps" and then select "See all".
3. Select the Games tab.
4. Highlight your game and press the Menu button on your controller (the button with 3 lines on it) and then select the "Uninstall" option.
5. After confirming the uninstall and allowing the process to complete, reinsert the game disc to reinstall the game (if a physical copy of the game) or visit "My Games and Apps" then the "Games tab" and select the game. To download the game again (if a digital copy of the game), press the Menu button and then select "Install".

Important Note: This title is only playable on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S via backwards compatibility with a physical Xbox 360 game disc. Digital downloads of the game are not available through the Xbox Store.
