If you made an in-app purchase, but do not see its contents apply to your DC Legends profile, then please take note of the following.
- If your purchase does not immediately appear, close and reopen the DC Legends app. The items from your purchase should apply to your balances upon loading back into your profile.
- If your purchase was successful, then you will receive a receipt from iTunes (iOS) or Google (Android) sent to the email address associated with your platform's app store account.
- There may be a general delay between making the purchase in question, and when the contents apply to your balance or inventory. Please ensure you have a strong WiFi or cellular connection when making purchases.
If you still have not received your purchase, then please contact Customer Support by submitting a ticket within the game settings. Please include the following information in your help request:
- A screenshot of your purchase receipt, with the following details visible:
- Name of item purchased
- Price of item purchased
- Date of purchase
- The order/transaction ID
- Your DC Legends profile's display name.
