When you purchase a special hero pack from the store, you will receive a random number of fragments within the range specified on the offer. For example, if an offer advertises 90-150 Poison Ivy fragments for 6,000 Essence Gems, then you will receive at least 90 fragments for this hero but no more than 150 fragments.
