Welcome to update 6.2! Here’s a look at the new content and several bug fixes included in this release:
A VOW OF PEACE
John Cena’s Peacemaker is ready to rock the cast of Injustice 2 as the newest Legendary Hero! Based on the original Max series, DC’s Peacemaker swore to protect peace at all costs, but he can’t do it alone. Play as Peacemaker to summon Eagly, his best friend and loyal sidekick to strategically weaken your foe. Peacemaker is the third and final member of the Flawed Justice team and he’ll do what it takes to protect them. Launch into action on February 28th and give peace a chance!
ASCEND 7-STAR HEROES
Introducing Ascended Heroes! Your training has paid off. Take your maxed out Heroes to the next level with the new Ascended Heroes feature. Ascended Heroes gain increased stats and a new passive. Use your extra Hero Shards to begin your Star Ascension, and head to League Invasions to earn the new Universe Orbs and Eternium – you’ll need these to complete your Ascension!
BUG FIXES AND OPTIMIZATIONS
HEROES
- Darkseid – Bombardment Passive – The size and active duration now matches its visual effects and won’t damage Heroes outside of it
- Collector of World Superman – Better You Than Me Passive – If this Passive is active, Spread damage from John Constantine’s Hell Mark Debuff no longer spams a lot of minor damage
- Batman Ninja Robin – Legacy And Curse Special Attack – This attack now correctly tags out the opponent if they enter the hazard’s region
- Batman Ninja Robin – Ninja Lethality Passive - The description and number values are now correct
- Batwoman The Drowned – Ultimate Hydrokinesis Passive – When the Flood effect begins, the starting attacks now play correctly
- Orm – Thunderstruck Passive – If Orm has more stacks of this Passive than the opponent has Electrify stacks, the Trident of Atlantis Special Attack will now clear them correctly
- Orm – Electric Hailstorm Special Attack – If used against an opponent with a small number of Electrify Stacks, the Disable Block Debuff is now applied at the correct moment; at the end of their hit reaction and stand up sequence.
- Orm – Trident of Atlantis Special Attack – If while Trident of Atlantis is active, the opponent had Electrify stacks and was tagged out, Trident of Atlantis now works correctly for the rest of the fight.
POLISH
- Multiverse Black Lightning – Black Lightning Supermove – Fixed the positioning of the opponent within the oversized lightning hand opponent near the end of the sequence
- Gorilla Grodd – Polished the animation sequence when his Gear is upgraded
- Dr. Fate – Polished the animation sequence when his Gear is upgraded
LEAGUE INVASIONS
- Players can now earn League Invasion Points for League activities! This is visible in the Battle Logs Menu with the new “League Activities” tab. If a League Invasion is active, the following actions provide League Invasion Points:
- Defeating League Raid Bosses and the League Raid overall
- Completing League Objectives
- The ability to perform League Invasion activities is now available for all League Members! All Members can now lock the base during the Preparation Phase and start League Battles during the Attack Phase.
- League Invasion rewards have been updated to include the new resources needed for your Ascended Heroes:
- Split Rewards -> Eternium has been added to all Divisions.
- Season Rewards -> Universe Orbs have replaced Intergalactic Orbs in Divisions 1 thru 5.
- The duration for the Preparation and Attack Phases have been updated to provide for more opportunities to attack:
- Fixed an issue where if a League Member had 0 Invasion Points and also did not check into their League, they still got personal rewards
- Added new League Chat messages for the following events:
- When a new League Battle was started
- When an Outpost was defeated
- When a League Battle has finished, either by defeating all Outposts or if the timer expired
- Updated the League Rewards Inbox message to only show the top 3 Leaderboard entries and the Player if they are not top 3 instead of the entire Leaderboard.
- When a Member leaves or is kicked from a League, their Heroes are removed from all Outposts
- In the Battle Logs added color tinting to the Split selection section to make easier to understand if the viewed Split is active
- Updated the Split Leaderboard to include info about the League's Division
SOLO RAIDS
- On Ice! – Boss Sub-Zero – Fixed an issue where if Sub-Zero created an Ice Klone, the Klone was almost immune to all damage for the rest of the fight
- Realm Klash – Sub-Boss Black Manta – Fixed an issue where he was incorrectly immune to several character Passives
- Realm Klash – Boss Sub-Zero – His 'Frost Armor' Passive was using the wrong icon
- Realm Klash – Boss Sub-Zero – Fixed the text description for the Combo Hits needed to remove a Frost Armor attack is now correctly listed as a 20 hit Combo.
- Realm Klash – Sub-Boss Horrific Scarecrow – Fixed an issue where his Special 1 & Special 2 attacks were Silver rarity Scarecrow’s versions
- Realm Klash – Sub-Boss Firestorm – Fixed an issue where when he used his Supermove, multiple player Heroes were on top of each other
- Realm Klash – Sub-Boss Ace Green Arrow - Fixed an issue where he had a faster than normal basic attack
CHAMPIONS ARENA
- Defensive Team Assignment – Fixed a Crash if the player tried to drag a Hero from a Defensive Team during the menu transition to other Defensive Team Menus.
ARTIFACTS
- Netherrealm Artifact – Scorpion's Claws – Fixed an issue with incorrect damage calculations for its DoT Damage
- Netherrealm Artifact – Kamidogu Dagger – Fixed an issue where the Combo meter was incorrectly being reduced on blocked Specials by the opponent
- Netherrealm Artifact – Gemstone – Fixed an issue where the buff did not renew if it had already been applied 5 times
- Netherrealm Artifact – Gemstone – Fixed an issue where its Effect 1 had incorrect values
- Netherrealm Artifact – Amulet of Shinnok – Fixed an issue where if the wearer is affected by the Silence debuff, only the Power Lock debuff got applied to their opponents
- Netherrealm Artifact – Amulet of Shinnok – Fixed an issue where the Hazard lasted only 5 Seconds instead of 6 Seconds for a Level 6 - 10 Artifact
- Netherrealm Artifact – Muramasa Blades – Fixed an issue where the maximum value of Combo Meter damage bonus for Specials with decreased cost was 200% instead 250%
- Netherrealm Artifact – Tao Te Zhan – Fixed an issue where if a Hero has more than one Shield effect from multiple sources and one of them is removed by their opponent, all Shields were removed simultaneously
- Netherrealm Artifact – Tao Te Zhan – Fixed an issue where the Shield effects didn't follow the Hero on Jump, Low, or Tag-Out Attacks
- Netherrealm Artifact – Secret Scrolls of Shirai Ryu – Fixed an issue where there were incorrect Power Cost Decrease values for some of its Artifact Levels
OTHER
- Pre-Fight Menus – Fixed a crash if a Hero is dragged off of a Team Assignment Slot and the player transitioned back to the Main Menu
- League Store – Fixed an issue where while viewing the XP Capsules category, the list was not scrollable when swiping over the icons
- Tutorial – Fixed a crash after winning the first fight against Cyborg & Bane
- Notification Messages - Sometimes the “Fight has started” notification did not appear when a League Battle has started.
- Buff/Modifiers Effects Menus – The Lock and Effect icons sorted incorrectly on each other
- Battle Logs Menu – Sometimes defeated Defensive Outposts displayed negative League Invasion Points
- Combat - If the attacking player used a Special Attack to defeat their opponent as the timer runs out, after the fight the defender would be at 1 Health instead of defeated
- Division Status - Leagues could see a Demotion popup even while in Division 10
- Crash Fix – The player tries to view the Personal or Split rewards in the Invasions Leaderboard and an Invasion Season is not active
- Combat - If multiple members defeat the last Outpost at the same time, all Outpost Defenders are at 0 Health.
- Leaderboards – The section that shows League progress towards the next Division now uses the correct presentation if the League is in the highest Division
- Split Leaderboards Menu – In the Rank Info Section, the Division icon was missing
- Protective Screen Modifier – In the Pause Menu for League Battles, the Protective Screen Modifier was not displayed even if active
- Assigning Heroes – The number display for the maximum number of Heroes a single League Member can add (based on the Outpost’s Level) is now correct
- Assigning Heroes – While viewing a Hero, sometimes the Left and Right Navigation arrows were missing
- League Pre-Fight Menu – Heroes that can be promoted no longer bypass Team Requirements
- Notification Messages – The “Split has Started” notification did not appear when Split 1 began.
- Base View – Attack Phase – The countdown timer for the time remaining in the Attack Day sometimes stopped updating during Attack Day 2
- Base View – Laboratory Facility – When selected, the camera focus was incorrect
- Artifacts –The Artifact cooldown timer would sometimes flicker between two different values
- Artifacts – Closing the “Artifact is exhausted” popup with the device’s back button transitioned to the wrong menu
- Rewards – Some League Invasion Chests had incorrect Heroes
- Rain Menu Tile Button – Fixed an issue where non-officer Members sometimes saw an incorrect visual state of “Expired”
