Please follow the steps below to submit a Customer Service ticket within DC: Worlds Collide.
- Launch DC: Worlds Collide on your mobile device.
- In the top left corner of the main menu you will see your profile picture and username, click this button
- In this menu you will need to go to the second tab down, titled, "Settings"
- When opened to the setting menu, you will see a "Support" button as the third option to press!
- Click on "Support" to start your ticket to Customer Support.
- In your Customer Support ticket you will see 3 fields that need to be filled out.
- You will need to enter your Email, Question Type, as well as a description of the issue.
- Please note, the more detail you can provide to Customer Support about your issue the better!
- Hit "Submit" and await your response! If your ticket submission was successful, you'll receive a confirmation email in your inbox. Reply to this email with any other details you wish to share, such as screenshots or videos demonstrating your issue. A representative will reply as soon as they are able.
